COACH: Jeff Quinn — At Buffalo and overall: 5-19, 2 years
OFFENSIVE COORDINATOR: Alex Wood
DEFENSIVE COORDINATOR: Lou Tepper
LAST LEAGUE TITLE: 2008
LAST BOWL: 2008, International
RETURNING STARTERS: 14; 6 offense, 7 defense, kicker
PLAYERS TO WATCH: QB Alex Zordich, RB Branden Oliver, WR Alex Neutz, OL Gokhan Ozkan, LB Khalil Mack, LB Lee Skinner, DL Steven Means
PRIMARY STRENGTHS: The Bulls like their offensive potential, since they return two quarterbacks with starting experience in Zordich and senior Jerry Davis, and add exciting freshman Joe Licata to the mix. Oliver is a powerhouse who had 1,395 yards and eight 100-yard games last season.
POTENTIAL PROBLEMS: Buffalo was hit hard by graduation losses at wide receiver and doesn’t have a senior at the position. Neutz comes back from a season-ending injury and needs to lead a young group that will have to fast-track its development to give the offense some balance and punch through the air.
